Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication platforms
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and manage follow-up actions to improve service quality
- Collaborate with colleagues on enhancing customer experience strategies and solutions
- Engage in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and service skills further
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is mandatory
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and understanding
- Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain close attention to detail
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
