As a key member of our remote support team, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with their technical inquiries, ensuring they receive prompt and effective assistance from the comfort of their own home.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional IT support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat
- Quickly diagnose and effectively troubleshoot a variety of technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Educate clients on our products and services, guiding them on how to maximize their experience
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and solutions to optimize service delivery

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is preferred but not mandatory
