In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and supply accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
