Your Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt instant messaging support in Italian across various social media channels
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise
- Engage with the community to foster a welcoming and supportive online atmosphere
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging and communication
- Gather user feedback to help improve services and customer experiences
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer support or social media roles is preferred
