Responsibilities
- Provide effective technical support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve a wide variety of technical issues related to our product offerings

- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support database
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical inquiries
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in technology-related fields
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
