We are currently seeking a
Senior Reconciliation Officer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Nicosia / Limassol
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of client funds in the reconciliation software to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Verify and reconcile trading transactions, including trade confirmations, settlements, and payments.
- Generate reports and provide analysis on reconciliation activities and financial discrepancies such a Revenue Reports
- Monitor all transfers/settlements between our bank accounts
- Review the fees of each provider if are align with the agreements
- Preparation of daily/ weekly/ monthly reports related to clients’ balances and Company performance.
- Identify weaknesses in current procedure and make recommendations for improvement.
- Follow up and resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner by cooperating with applicable departments
- Assist in software implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of previous experience in forex industry
- Experience in Aurum software will be an advantage
- Advanced computer software skills; Microsoft Excel is a must
- Outstanding ability to identify errors
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi - task and prioritize
- Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
- Eager to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language, both verbal and written
