Job Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and diligent
Legal Advisor to join our legal team. This role involves providing broad legal support across various functions, ensuring effective management of contracts, corporate documentation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in aligning our operations with current laws and best practices.This is an excellent chance to join our team and work on a variety of legal matters in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire contract process, from reviewing and preparing agreements to signature, renewal, or termination, ensuring all contracts are properly archived and tracked
- Prepare and update essential corporate documents, ensuring timely submissions to regulatory authorities to keep the company's operations compliant
- Maintain oversight of intellectual property registrations, ensuring timely submissions for all required filings and keeping relevant databases up-to-date
- Conduct thorough legal research on market practices and case law, preparing detailed reports to inform and support business decisions
- Provide clear, practical guidance on employment-related matters, delivering legal advice to promote a compliant workplace
- Stay informed of regulatory changes and communicate necessary adjustments to ensure the company's continued compliance.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- 3 years of experience in corporate, contract, and intellectual property law
- Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and practical, with a solutions-oriented approach to handling diverse legal matters across business functions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- In-house legal experience within a corporate environment
- Successful passing of Legal Council exams.
