Responsibilities
- Answer emergency calls from Polish-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance with dedication and professionalism
- Assess vehicle issues and provide clear, actionable advice or arrange appropriate towing and repair services
- Maintain compassionate communication with customers, providing reassurance and support during their time of need
- Document all service interactions accurately to adhere to company standards and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with local service providers and emergency teams to ensure swift and efficient assistance
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery
- Stay updated on company policies, roadside assistance practices, and local traffic regulations to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Greek is a bonus
- Prior experience in customer service, emergency response, or the automotive sector is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and communication technologies
