Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat
- Address customer inquiries and provide thorough assistance regarding our FinTech products
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service effectiveness
- Keep up-to-date with product offerings and market trends to provide informed support
- Strive to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain high standards of service quality
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service, especially in the FinTech sector, is preferred
- Strong customer-centric approach with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to convey complex FinTech concepts in a simple manner
- Experience in collecting and using customer insights for service enhancement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive remote working environment in Greece
