Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and guidance on software and IT solutions
Document all customer interactions carefully, ensuring thorough follow-up and tracking of open cases
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
Stay informed about the latest product updates, features, and industry trends to offer accurate support

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in customer service, especially in the IT or technology sector, is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
