Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and guidance on software and IT solutions
- Document all customer interactions carefully, ensuring thorough follow-up and tracking of open cases
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Stay informed about the latest product updates, features, and industry trends to offer accurate support
- Meet and exceed defined performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the IT or technology sector, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude and a keen interest in IT solutions and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
