As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Being an Operations Manager you oversee property maintenance and appearances with care by following the company's SOPs. The Operations Manager reports directly to the Hotel Manager. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel
- Supervise all departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk and Food and Beverage
- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
- Manage and motivate the operational team
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service to all guests
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize profitability
- Liaise with other departments to manage guest expectations and resolve any issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a keen focus on guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
