What's Expected
- Manage all Food & Beverage daily operations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service improvement
- Immediate and effective response to complaints
- Responsible for scheduling, training and mentoring of the F&B staff
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies and ensuring operational needs are met
- Ensure proper implementation of health and safety rules in the food departments
Requirements
- Degree of Higher or Higher School of Tourism Professions, domestic or foreign
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5 * hotels or restaurants
- Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)
