Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, manage orders, and resolve issues to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to address customer needs
- Stay updated on our product offerings and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and team-building activities to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to proactively solve problems and provide effective support to customers
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation costs fully funded by the company
