WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Alchemy is looking for an Institutional Sales Account Executive Manager to join our international team.
As an Institutional Sales Account Executive Manager, you will be a part of the team focusing on managing and growing relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while maximizing the revenue potential from these partnerships.
In more detail, the Institutional Sales Account Executive Manager will be responsible for:
- Prospect local and international financial institutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, needs, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Set up sales meetings with potential clients. Participate in client pitches or presentations to support business development efforts.
- Close deals for our Banking, EMI and payments division.
- Hunt for new leads and opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to client. Transferring an existing book of business is a huge plus!
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's products and services to existing clients. Ensure that clients are utilizing the company's solutions to their full potential, providing training when necessary.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s electronic money services, regulations (e.g., PSD2), and payment processing systems.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments such as operations, IT, and Compliance to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the direct manager and/or senior management.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- 5 years of experience as a B2B Account Manager within the financial industry.
- Familiarity and experience within an EMI Company will be considered as an advantage.
- Track record of sales performance and producing 5X salary.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
