Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you should be able to maintain various client accounts. You should also be able to address any client queries and complaints. Moreover, you should be able to update clients on the latest products, services, and promotional offers. A large part of the role is to up and cross sell to active clients as well as source new potential clients from data analysis
Responsibilities:
- Up and cross sell to active clients as well as source new potential clients from data analysis
- Keeping a check on the status of all client accounts.
- Ensures quick and effective responses to client queries.
- Building and maintaining long-term relations with clients.
- Reporting and coordinating with the Senior Account Manager to analyse sales data.
- Researches and brainstorms new ways to create and manage positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinating with executives on plans.
- Promoting new products/services to current customers
