We are currently seeking a new team member to join our HR department onsite in Cyprus. We hope this person will greatly contribute to supporting the entire team and organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys handling a variety of tasks daily, and thrives in a fast-growing, ambitious company that embraces change.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates (line personnel)
- Source potential candidates through online platforms (job portals, social networks)
- Review and screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a personnel reserve
- Meet recruitment goals and KPIs
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruiter role
- Experience with mass recruitment; excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as PeopleForce
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate ambiguity
- English proficiency at a B2 level (Greek and Russian are a plus)
- Position is onsite; candidates must be based in Cyprus
