What You’ll Do:

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Task Management: Oversee and track task assignments, monitor progress, and report any roadblocks or delays.
- Client Communication: Support the Project Manager in client communications by preparing updates, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research to support project needs and generate reports as requested.
- Quality Control: Assist in reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role must demonstrate:
- Experience: Administrative or project management support role, preferably in a software development or marketing environment.
- Project Management Tools: Jira
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Organisation: Exceptional time-management and organisational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new tools, knowledge in marketing tools like SEO or CMSs its highly valued
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in task tracking and documentation.
- Proactive: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
