RESPONSIBILITIES
- Casino Operations Management: Oversee daily casino operations to ensure smooth functionality, including game launches, player support, and system troubleshooting.
- Player Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new players and retain existing ones through promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze KPIs, revenue reports, and player activity to make data-driven decisions aimed at maximizing casino profitability.
- Game Portfolio Management: Collaborate with game providers and suppliers to manage an optimal selection of casino games, ensuring a diverse and exciting portfolio.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective campaigns, promotions, and player communications across all channels.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all online casino operations adhere to regulatory standards and responsible gaming practices, maintaining high levels of security and player trust.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of casino operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and fostering a collaborative environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Industry Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Casino Manager or in a similar role within the online gaming/iGaming industry.
- Knowledge of Online Casino Operations: Strong understanding of online casino operations, market trends, and player behavior.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions to improve casino performance.
- Familiarity with Casino Management Systems: Proficiency with relevant casino management and CRM tools.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant online gaming regulations and experience in compliance best practices.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
- Flexible Work Style: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed and adapt to either a remote or hybrid working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with player retention strategies and VIP management
- Knowledge of casino games and providers, including slots, table games, and live dealer options
- Background in player acquisition marketing strategies is a plus
