REQ11195 Data Analyst, Casino Marketing (Open)
The Analyst, Database Administration is responsible for establishing and optimizing the database systems to support the Casino Marketing, Business Development and Loyalty Services Division. The individual will support in maintaining the membership databases, ensuring data accuracy and security, generating reports and insights, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with teams to leverage data for strategic decision-making and customer engagement efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer data to support marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and business growth initiatives
- Generate regular reports on database performance and usage
- Maintains and develops Business Development coding processes and requests
- Oversee the performance and integrity of databases. Develop and implement data models to support business requests
- Develops User Interface using available software or existing functionalities of Microsoft tools (Macros, queries etc) to assist operational teams to achieve their tasks and goals
- Assists in the creation of Proforma Analysis with the guidelines of the Manager
- Develops database lists for various marketing promotions
- Implement database automation tools to improve operational efficiency
- Assists the team to analyse the database and performs segmentation analysis for Marketing BUs using different KPIs and criteria set
- Provide timely solutions to the Division’s departments data requirements under the supervision of the Manager
- Monitors KPIs and delivers relevant reports to the Manager of the BU
- Performs UAT in cooperation with BU’s of all new casino systems / enhancements before deployment to operations / Go Live
- From time to time, management may change certain tasks based on synergies due to business requirements and operational changes.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Data Analysis Role or similar
- Knowledge in membership loyalty programs
- Experience in gaming and/or casino systems will be considered as a plus Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, BI, Programming, Data Analysis, or any other STEM field
Personal Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in spoken & written English, knowledge of spoken of other language is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or R and BI software will be considered a plus
