About the Role:
- The organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to join its dynamic HR team and contribute significantly to its growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this crucial role will focus on implementing effective talent acquisition strategies while overseeing daily HR operations to enhance the overall employee experience. The specialist will be an integral part of the team, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise targeted headhunting strategies.
- Oversee daily HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement programs, and performance management.
- Identify, engage, and interview top-tier candidates through headhunting methods and networking opportunities.
- Organise and facilitate training sessions aimed at fostering employee development and retention.
- Create and execute effective recruitment strategies and plans designed to attract high-quality talent.
- Establish and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidates' qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies and headhunting techniques.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding and talent attraction to boost market visibility.
Expectations & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Native-level English proficiency, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking skills and expertise in candidate sourcing to attract top talent.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in leveraging advanced recruitment tools and platforms to optimise the hiring process.
- Proven track record of making high-quality hires that align with organisational objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are highly desirable.
