The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, stay within budget, and are completed on time. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all works and procedures in factory and on sites
- Budgeting, scheduling and resource management (in house and 3rd party contractors)
- Tendering, ordering materials and subcontractors. Administration of related documents
- Setup and manage production projects
- Studying architectural, structural drawings. Provide all instructions and drawings to production (in ODOO)
- Responsible for high quality assurance. Instruct production supervisor, workers, subcontractors, quality control
- Implement best practices in the factory to meet KPI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master's in civil engineering
- Member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Civil Engineers)
- Strong Projects Management skills and experience (mission critical)
