David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit English-speaking Back Office Officer to join their Limassol team.
Position: Back Office Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Open and register new client accounts in company software
- Conduct KYC and due diligence checks
- Monitor client activity for AML compliance
- Oversee and facilitate client withdrawals, ensuring accurate approval and execution
- Process and settle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
- Review transactions for discrepancies against client instructions
- Provide account statements upon request
- Archive essential documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, etc.)
- Address customer complaints professionally
- Keep client KYC documents up to date
- Support the team with other tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same / similar role within the Financial services/Forex industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of additional languages (such as Hebrew, Dutch, or Spanish) will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- CySEC Basic/Advanced certification is an advantage
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 10 AM - 07 PM and 02 PM - 11 PM.
