Our client, a dynamic and innovative Advertising Agency, is currently recruiting a
Senior Account Executive, who will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop effective advertising strategies
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising concepts and campaigns
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients
- Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions and maintaining client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in client service within an advertising agency or a similar role
- Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including traditional and digital advertising channels
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in using industry-standard software, including project management and communication tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
