We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of Australian VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to details;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;
- Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
