About the position:
We invite you to become a part of our sales team as Retail Sales Consultant.
Creating a unique experience and services for our customers you will work with premium brands, including Apple, Bang & Olufsen, and many more.
Key functions:
- Providing customer service in offline & online store, in accordance with company standards; handling incoming calls, as well as communication in online chat and messengers
- Consulting clients (including technical aspects) on product selection, recommending the most suitable products, and cross-selling based on corporate standards
- Advising clients on product-related issues such as warranties, repairs, deliveries, and company policies based on corporate standards
- Informing customers about promotions and other activities
- Recording sales, refunds, invoices, etc., in the accounting software
- Operating the cash register and maintaining cash discipline
- Working with the CRM system
- Preparing goods for delivery and completing accompanying documents
Qualifications and skills:
- Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
