We are currently seeking an Assistant Compliance Officer to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Responsibilities
- General Compliance and Administration Support (filing, responding to emails, etc.)
- Assisting with the review and approval process for marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program
- Assist in managing the company’s complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Assist with the onboarding procedure of third parties
- Assist with the preparation of reports to Regulators when require
- Providing support to members of the compliance team to fulfill the group’s reporting obligations
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Business Development) as instructed daily.
Requirements
- Fluency in both verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Fluency in Greek will be considered an advantage
- Degree in business, finance, economics or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- CySEC advanced certification or CySEC AML certification will be a major plus
- Excellent skills in documenting and processing formation
- High attention to detail and professional attitude
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
