We’re collaborating with a top financial services firm to find motivated individuals for their growing Back Office team in Limassol. This role is perfect for those with experience in financial services, particularly in account management, compliance, and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Open, register, and manage new client accounts using the company's software.
- Compliance & KYC: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- AML Monitoring: Monitor client activity for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and report suspicious activities.
- Withdrawal Oversight: Facilitate and oversee client withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Transaction Processing: Handle and settle deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers while reviewing transactions for any discrepancies.
- Document Handling: Maintain and archive important documents (agreements, contracts, etc.) in the CRM system.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- KYC Maintenance: Ensure client KYC documents are up-to-date and compliant.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members on additional tasks as required.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services or Forex industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills; knowledge of other languages (Hebrew, Dutch, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional Certification: CySEC Basic/Advanced certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Teamwork & Independence: Self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Time Management: Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 10 AM - 7 PM and 2 PM - 11 PM.
