HR Manager for their Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talented individuals, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process
- Provide counseling and advice to staff members as needed
- Initiate and oversee training and development programs
- Resolve conflicts professionally through positive mediation
- Conduct performance evaluations, wage reviews, and employee assessments
- Develop and implement clear policies while promoting policy awareness
- Prepare concise and accurate reports
- Foster and manage a positive organizational and company culture
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and report accordingly
- Handle workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes
- Uphold employee and workplace privacy at all times
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proven experience in L&D and coaching
- Expertise in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to uphold and maintain workplace privacy
- Competence in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
