About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Officer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will support the operational and administrative functions of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process back-office tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Support various departments with administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Assist with resolving any operational issues that arise during shifts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of back-office processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Ability to work on a shift basis (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in any additional language is considered a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- No work permit will be provided; candidates must already have the right to reside and work in Cyprus.
