BettingJobs is working with a leading live games and casino operator working on launching an exciting new iGaming brand who is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Executive to join their team in Limassol.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to VIP customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience across all platforms (live chat, email, and phone), whilst ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
The successful candidate will speak German as a first/native language with strong written and verbal communication skills. You must also be fluent in English, with previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to VIP customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience across all platforms (live chat, email, and phone).
- Resolve inquiries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and games, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalations and provide proactive solutions.
- Utilise your industry knowledge to help refine customer service processes and improve overall performance.
- Be the go-to expert for casino-related queries, ensuring customers feel valued and heard!
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
