This customer-facing role will have contact by phone, email and in person with coaches, members, and guests of all levels daily and will be delivering excellence in customer service. Assisting and advising guests who may be choosing from a variety of padel programs. Making reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability of desired activity itineraries and proceed with reservation and payments. Serve food and beverages to members, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Operate a retail shop with padel gear/clothing/accessories/shoes.
