Job Summary:
The Onboarding Officer will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new business clients. This role involves conducting thorough due diligence and verifying documents. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYB checks and due diligence for new business clients.
- Review and verify corporate documents, ownership structures, and other relevant information.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve any queries during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the sales teams and operations, to address onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an onboarding role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payment industries.
- Strong understanding of KYB procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
