Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fiduciary services and ASP services in compliance with Cypriot law.
- Administer real estate transactions, including contracts lodging, property ownership transfers, and VAT reduction applications.
- Form companies, manage corporate structures, and offer fiduciary services.
- Liaise with clients and manage communications effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid Cypriot Bar Association license.
- Fluent in English and Greek (Additional language proficiency in Hebrew or Russian is a plus).
- Previous experience in real estate law.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Must have a driver’s license.
