Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Agent/Guest Relations at Columbia Beach Resort in Pissouri Municipality. The role involves receptionist duties, check-ins, front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with guests.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties, Check-in, and Front Office skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Hospitality or tourism-related certification or diploma
