Position: Family Office Administrator
Location: Pissouri, Cyprus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00–18:00
- Friday: 10:00–14:00

We are a dynamic family office based in Pissouri, Cyprus, managing multiple companies across various fields operating in Cyprus and throughout Europe. Our work spans diverse industries, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and filing physical documents and maintaining digital records on Google Drive.
- Preparing detailed reports on income and expenses.
- Liaising with the accountant to provide all necessary documents for accounting purposes.
- Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly reports to the family office owners.
- Managing cheques, payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools.
- Handling general administrative tasks and supporting ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Greek and English (additional languages will be considered a bonus).
- Prior experience in accounting or administrative assistance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
