Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cook/Chef at Maverick Seven Group. The Head Cook/Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high food quality standards. This is for a restaurant in Pissouri Cyprus. This role involves leading kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing kitchen staff and maintaining food quality standards
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
