We are looking for an HR and Office Administrator with superb communication and administration skills to join an international EMI based in Nicosia. The HR administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, Office management, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with external suppliers, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.
HR Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions along with line managers for all new vacancies
- Publish any new vacancies, collect and filter CV's and provide a shortlist to line managers for review
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Present an introductory presentation to all new hires
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Arrange and coordinate of yearly appraisals
- Office administration and management including ordering of stationary and office supplies
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes.
Your Profile:
- Certification in human resources, management or similar.
- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Greek. Any additional language will be considered an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment.
