Graduate Compensation and Benefits Partner- EMEA region to join our dynamic HR team in Cyprus, Limassol. What will your job look like?
- You will be a meaningful focal point/pivot in the organization, supporting 30 global sits under EMEA region .
- Data Analysis: You will Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Benchmarking: analyze salary surveys and market research to benchmark Amdocs' compensation practices against industry standards.
- Support Compensation Planning: Assist in the preparation and administration of the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, policy compliance and incentives. Also you will support relocation process and harmonizing compensation elements for acquired companies.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on compensation data, trends, and analysis to support decision-making by HR and management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related inquiries and provide data-driven insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and tools, contributing to the development of best practices.
All you need is...
- Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a Must and other data analysis tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings clearly.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the field of compensation.
