Brief Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to join our global team of QA professionals and enhance the overall quality of our software development processes. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams, including engineering leads, business analysts, within the Technology Group
Main Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and managers) to identify system requirements.
- Track quality assurance metrics and stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Assist in Design, development and implementation of automation testing tools.
- Develop and execute manual tests to ensure product quality.
- Participate in review sessions and acceptance testing led by the Product team.
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Software Quality Assurance.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- Experience with performance and/or security testing.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
