Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and identifying solutions to resolve system issues inside our laboratory and on the field
- Inspecting equipment and technologies
- Resolving onsite malfunctions
- Supporting Field Engineers/Partners and customers remotely
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, particularly in the IT sector
- Up to 2 years of experience in tech support would be considered as a plus
- Advanced user of Microsoft Windows operating system
- Fluent in Greek & English language
