Our associate is a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in the Gaming industry. They are dedicated to driving traffic and delivering performance-based results for their clients. With a strong presence in Limassol and a team of talented professionals, they are now looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their team.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in building a positive company culture, developing HR strategies that align with their business goals, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels. Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback. Work with managers to identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company goals. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in HR management. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness. Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably within the iGaming or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
