Key Functions:
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and the FX market, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Address client inquiries regarding trading, available instruments, and general account information.
- Understand clients' trading profiles and needs to offer personalized support and guidance.
- Process new client applications and account openings using the company's software.
- Amend and update existing client documents and information (e.g., documentary validation, updating information, etc.).
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients regarding account openings and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Client (KYC) procedures for both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and update client records (e.g., agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaires, KYC information) in electronic formats.
- Process client withdrawals on working days, ensuring requests from non-working days are promptly addressed on the next working day.
- Ensure account balances and equity are positive during and after the processing of withdrawals.
- Strictly follow the internal control manual when processing payments, ensuring all withdrawals are sent to the original source of deposit.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to escalate or resolve issues and report any system or process faults.
- Work closely with the Head of Back Office and the Compliance Officer to handle any issues or queries that arise.
- Handle PSP (Payment Service Provider) deposits and withdrawals efficiently, ensuring experience with PSP-related transactions.
Core Competencies and Required Background:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Forex or Online Trading industry is essential.
- Proven experience with Payment Service Providers (PSP) for handling deposits and withdrawals is required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. (Additional language skills will be an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC best practices with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain professional discretion, along with a strong, polite, and confident personality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
