Role Summary:
The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth across the European markets, working closely with our global teams in Asia. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, experience in business development within the fintech sector, and a deep understanding of the European online trading landscape.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the European markets, focusing on new user acquisition
- Collaborate with our Asia-based digital marketing team to localize digital marketing campaigns for the European audience
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Identify and manage partnerships with local channels and affiliates to enhance our market presence across Europe
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations governing marketing practices in the various European markets
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs
What We Require from You:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior growth or digital/performance marketing role, preferably in the online trading space
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices, including performance marketing and social media advertising
- Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and growth in the European market
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for marketing financial services in Europe
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
