Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Present the menu confidently, highlighting daily specials and providing recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them seamlessly to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages with precision and a personal touch.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit, proactively addressing any requests or concerns.
- Handle billing and process payments efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and after service.
- Assist with training junior waiters to uphold service standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stay updated on menu changes, seasonal offers, and special events.
