About PropFundX
PropFundX is a fast-growing proprietary trading platform that provides traders with access to simulated capital, performance-based payouts, and educational tools to elevate their skills. As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can build meaningful client relationships and provide exceptional support to our most active traders.
About the Role
This position focuses exclusively on engaging with existing active clients — no cold calls, no lead generation. You’ll be working closely with traders to monitor their progress, answer questions, provide assistance with the trading platform and CRM, and help them reach long-term success within the PropFundX ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused support via chat, email, and phone
• Monitor trading activity and respond proactively to client needs
• Assist with platform and account-related queries
• Help clients optimize their performance and understand key metrics
• Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management with funded traders
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients to resolve issues
• Maintain CRM records and client notes accurately
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a support or sales position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
• Solid understanding of client retention and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and trading platforms
• Ability to analyze client behavior and assist with long-term performance goals
• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
