We are helping our FinTech client to find and recruit urgently a talented German-speaking Sales Representative to join their modern offices and tech-driven, forward-thinking team in Limassol.
The Responsibilities:
- Act as the main connection for new and current clients, building strong ties through consistent interaction.
- Respond to client questions and issues with care and urgency, making sure their expectations are exceeded.
- Keep well-informed about available services, tools, and offers to clearly highlight their benefits to users.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying potential within assigned client groups.
- Share frequent updates and insights on client interactions to help boost satisfaction and loyalty.
The Requirements:
- Professional level speaking of English in both speaking and writing, with high-level language capabilities.
- Comfortable using either Dutch or German across written and spoken interactions with ease and confidence.
- Tech-savvy with the ability with multitasking skills
- Prior involvement in online client-facing roles is seen as a great plus.
- Great people skills to support clear, respectful, and efficient conversations
