The role: Dutch or German-speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are helping our FinTech client to find and recruit urgently a talented Dutch or German-speaking Customer Support Officer to join their modern offices and tech-driven, forward-thinking team in Limassol.
The Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions via email and live chat platforms.
• Respond to users with professionalism, understanding, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Identify, address, and follow up on any questions or concerns raised by customers.
• Stay informed on current product features, offers, and policies.
• Forward more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
• Conduct preliminary checks and gather information to support issue resolution.
• Work in rotating weekday shifts: 9:00–18:00, 13:00–22:00, and 16:00–01:00.
The Requirements:
• Professional-level speaking of English speaking and writing, with high-level language capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch or German, both written and spoken, with a confident grasp of the language.
• IT Literate and multitasking skills
• Background in digital customer service roles is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure smooth and professional communication.
