1. Job Position: Supervisor delivery 2. Reporting to: restaurant manager-operations manager 3. Job Definition To organize, supervise and train all delivery service personnel with a view to provide excellent service to guests, fast and courteous and increase the profitability of department. 4. Duties and Responsibilities
❖ To have detailed information about the delivery services provided by the staff.
❖ To have up to date information on daily operations.
❖ To train to Wok n Roll standards all the staff in coordination with operations manager and to supervise them, also the functioning of the department for the purpose of giving satisfactory delivery service to guests. ❖ To ensure that staff are responding to guests in person to the standards of Wok n Roll.
❖ To be able to handle immediately complaints in coordination with back office supervisor and operations manager.
❖ To make sure that orders are dispatched fast and effectively.
❖ To ensure that all staff are aware of duties, responsibilities and guidelines of the brand.
❖ To conduct daily briefings and to share necessary information.
❖ To plan the staff duty roster with the approval of operations Manager.
❖ To co-ordinate with operations manager on the necessary work flow.
❖ To prepare, understand and communicate all relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics.
❖ To handle any problems or miscommunication with delivery drivers from other providers
❖ To maintain all vehicles in pristine, clean and presentable order.
❖ To keep and maintain the vehicle log book with necessary documentation of vehicles services and maintenance.
❖ To make sure that all vehicles are filled with petrol at all times and to keep track of the transactions.
❖ To organize and follow up on all necessary servicing and other mechanical work for the vehicles.
❖ To perform extensive market search in order to achieve agreements with leasing and renting companies to minimize costs.
❖ To ensure that all drivers are following the road and transport regulations.
❖ To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management
❖ To attend regular meeting with management and to be a constructive part in the creation and implementation of the company strategy regarding his/her department
❖ To adhere to strict grooming and hygiene standards of himself, staff and to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery dispatch area.
❖ To inspect (dress code, personal appearance, hygiene) to all delivery staff according to the training manual.
❖ To consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge through trainings.
