experienced and visionary Store Manager to lead this exciting new venture.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier service, efficiency, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Develop and implement creative marketing & sales strategies that blend coffee culture with beauty trends.
Utilize social media & influencer collaborations to attract customers and create buzz around KOFI.
Train and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional, immersive and unique customer experience.
Innovate - introduce limited-edition drinks, beauty-inspired coffee experiences, and in-store events.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing high-traffic coffee stores or specialty cafés.
Strong leadership and business acumen with a track record of driving sales and customer loyalty.
Creative mindset - ability to think outside the box and introduce fresh ideas.
Passion for both coffee culture and beauty trends - ideally with an understanding of how they can intersect.
Excellent social media fluency - experience leveraging digital marketing to attract customers.
Ability to collaborate with beauty & lifestyle influencers to generate buzz.
Strong understanding of inventory management, supplier relations, and operational best practices.
