Your main purpose
Performance Management: Monitor the Performance Management System and Feedback Process to align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Employee Engagement Surveys: Conduct Annual Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys and Pulse Surveys, producing results and reports with external partners.
Employee Recognition & Appreciation Programs: Develop and optimize schemes according to latest research and trends.
Event and Campaign Support: Organize off-site events for leadership and assist with CSR and "Well Being" campaigns.
Administrative Support: Manage & process employee data, handle procurement processes, document policies and procedures, and support People Experience Department operations.
Additional support in strategic projects for the team.
What will you bring?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
Technological Proficiency: High level of computer literacy, including advanced skills in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 apps.
Language Skills: Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Administrative Expertise: Evidence of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with online platforms and surveys.
Human Resources Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is considered an advantage.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
